The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted a ceremony to honour Qatar's Ambassador to Russia Saud Abdullah Zaid Al Mahmoud, on the end of his tenure in the country.
Special Russian Presidential Representative for the Middle East and Africa and Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov awarded the Qatari Ambassador the Russian Foreign Ministry Badge "For Contribution to International Cooperation", in recognition of his contributions to the development of Russian-Qatari
relations.
