Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani participated in the opening session of the 22nd Conference of the Parties (COP22) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Marrakesh, Kingdom of Morocco, yesterday. The opening session was attended by a number of heads of states and governments as well as heads of delegations participating in the conference, in addition to a number of civil society organisations and institutions concerned with the environment.
