Kigali: Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council and chair of the Shura Council delegation to the 145th IPU Assembly being held in Kigali, Rwanda, H E Dr. Hamda bint Hassan Al Sulaiti met yesterday with several parliamentarians participating in the meetings of the IPU Assembly.
Dr. Al Sulaiti met separately with HE President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean Gennaro Migliore and H E Vice-President of Parliamentary Assembly of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe and the Austrian delegation Reinhold Lopatka.
During the two meetings, they discussed the existing cooperation relations between the Shura Council, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean, and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, and ways to enhance them.
The Deputy Speaker also met with H E Inter-Parliamentary Union Senior Advisor Mokhtar Omar.
