A seminar titled ‘Frugal Engineering – Achieving More with Fewer Resources’ was held by The Institution of Engineers (India), Qatar Chapter recently. Dr Narendra Kumar Agnihotra, guest speaker, presented a detailed report on Frugal Engineering. Agnihotra works as a manager in the Process & Technology Department in TCE, QSTP, Doha — a subsidiary of Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd. The seminar was attended by around 60 members. Chairman Debashish Roy welcomed the gathering while Secretary Abdul Sathar coordinated and compered the event and Jt Secretary Raziullah proposed a vote of thanks.
