•     Discussion continued on the approval of a draft law related to colours specified by municipalities to paint homes in various areas. The draft law stipulates that use of any colour not specified by the concerned municipality will lead to a fine of between QR3,000 and QR10,000 with obligation to change the colour.
•     Some people urged health inspectors to check whether restaurants and eateries are using filters to purify water before using it for cooking and drinking. 
•     Some people demanded that the authorities concerned monitor home-based restaurants, which is a new phenomenon in the country. They said these eateries are providing services to people without licence or without being subjected to monitoring by civic inspectors.
•     Some people suggested that Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding Company should also allocate some shares to those in debt as many do not have adequate income to meet their daily needs and pay off their loans.
•     Some garage owners and their clients in the New Industrial Area demanded that the authorities build infrastructure, including roads, sewage and rainwater drainage networks, and said the area was flooded by recent rains.
•     There was talk about the girl student who fell from a train in the Villaggio play area and sustained injuries.
•     There was discussion about the postponement of the opening of Hamad International Airport to the middle of 2014.
