Qatar Fund for Development signed an agreement that aims to provide Libya with two mobile energy units, while holding training courses for specialist personnel to continue in operating and maintaining the units.
The fund's director general, Khalifa bin Jassim Al Kuwari, signed the agreement along with a representative of the General Electricity Co of Libya and Director-General of the US energy and water firm that will execute the agreement.
