DOHA: Cantiere Nautico Cranchi – the Italian manufacturer of luxury yachts – has signed an agreement with MG International of Doha to act as its official dealer in the region.
Cranchi has been making boats since 1870 and its fleet comprises 22 models, with different versions of flybridge, hard top, trawler, cruising, sport and outboard boats. Five generations of the family have worked in the business.
Adel Sarrouh, General Manager of MG International, explained that all Cranchi yachts and sport boats are built in some of the most technologically sophisticated boatyards in the world.
“The company has four manufacturing plants and a marine test centre in Italy, and when you go on board the first thing you notice is the attention to detail and superior old world craftsmanship that have gone into building their products,” Sarrouh said.
“This past year alone, the Cranchi 58 Hard Top was nominated for an ‘Adriatic Boat of the Year’ award,” he said.
