Doha: H H Sheikha Moza bint Nasser has issued a decision forming the Board of Directors of the Qatar Foundation for Social Action (QFSA). The Board of Directors includes Munira bint Nasser Al Missned (Chairman), Minister of Public Health H E Abdullah bin Khalid Al Qahtani (Member), Minister of Labour and Social Affairs H E Abdullah bin Saleh Al Khulaifi (Member), Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs Hamad bin Mohammad Al Fuhaid Al Hajri (Member), Executive Director of the Doha International Family Institute Noor Abdullah Al Malki (Member), Professor of Sociology at Qatar University Dr Kaltham Al Ghanem (Member) and Adviser Rabia Karzabi (Member).
The QFSA is a supervisory and monitoring body over the following institutions and centres: Qatar Foundation for the Care of Orphans, Qatar Foundation for the Care of the Elderly, Al Owain Social Rehabilitation Centre, Shafallah Centre for Children with Special Needs, Family Consulting Centre and the Social Development Centre.
