Artistes performing at the spectacular stage show, “Sinbad, the Sailor” at Katara yesterday. The show intertwining storytelling, thrilling acrobatics and cutting edge technology attracted huge crowds on the second day of Eid Al Adha. A massive screen showing scenes of Sinbad’s voyages and adventures in the sea served as a perfect backdrop in the telling of the story culled from the popular “One Thousand and One Nights” collection. The ship set in the centre of the stage contributed to a more realistic simulation of the scenes set centuries ago.Pics: QTA
