DOHA: Ezdan Real Estate Company, a subsidiary of Ezdan Holding Group, has launched a new service Sakin Centre to provide integrated leasing services and effectively manage its properties. The branches operate from 7.30am to 9pm except on Fridays.
The launch is within the framework of the company’s efforts to provide affordable and flexible solutions to facilitate contracting and leasing procedures.
It is made available through two branches in Doha and Al Wakrah to provide leasing, maintenance, utility and customer care services and payment.
In a statement, Ezdan said Sakin service further facilitates procedures for customers wishing to join Ezdan real estate community and benefit from its products.
Al Wakrah branch at Ezdan Village-9 offers necessary amenities to the residents of Ezdan compounds and villages in Al Wakrah and Al Wukair and the West Bay branch (in Ezdan Tower-2, first floor) serves Doha residents.
Both centres incorporate contracting, leasing, maintenance and financial services in a pleasant environment. Tenants are welcomed in comfortable waiting rooms fitted with a queuing system that reduces waiting time and saves time.
Ali Al Obaidli, CEO, Ezdan Holding Group, said: “The new service is an extension to the process of expanding our services in the housing and real estate development, and stems from our keenness to achieve the highest customer satisfaction levels by responding to their requests in a timely manner and organise the contracting process for residential units so that tenants can make the best out of Ezdan services and products.”
He said tenancy rates are at near full occupancy with 94 percent. Ezdan Al Wakrah and Al Wukair are home to over 70,000 dwellers over more than 15,000 housing units.
Al Obaidli said the growing population encourages Ezdan to expand services and launch innovative solutions to facilitate leasing procedures, and that is what ‘Sakin’ service is for.
He said the Group is working on developing other service solutions and intends to launch them in the near future.
They include exploiting technology programmes to facilitate the processes of leasing and contracting with customers as, he said, the company is keen to convert contracting service with Ezdan Real Estate to an integrated e-service.
He said Sakin service enjoys unique qualities that enhance Ezdan products as it is available non-stop 13 hours daily for six days a week.
It is established to save time and effort of costumers and make all procedures easy and smooth in one-stop-shop.
The centres are supervised by a specialised and qualified team, representing various departments, including leasing, maintenance, finance, and customer service.
Ezdan Real Estate has witnessed this year improvements and innovations to its residential compounds, by installing 120,000 water-saving devices in its villages that will result in saving up to 40 percent.
This is in line with the rationalisation of consumption policy adopted by the state and based on an MoU signed by the Group with Kahramaa, utility distributor.
The company is keen to revamp furniture of several residential units in Ezdan villages and it endeavors to develop the rest of the compounds is in the final stages of changing furniture.
