DOHA: The Public Prosecution has transferred cases of number of companies and commercial institutions to the court for not providing Ministry of Labour inspectors information on about their workers such as jobs, rights and duties, Al Raya reported today.
Those companies refused to cooperate with the inspectors, sometimes giving wrong information and not complying with the Labour Department’s instructions.
After investigation, the Public Prosecution asked the concerned court to punish the violating companies according to Articles 144. 139, number 14 for year 2004.
