DOHA: Ooredoo has added a new option to its Hala Business Packs in response to popular demand.
Based on customer feedback, which asked for more flexibility for people using the service, customers using Hala Business Packs will be able to use their allowance for SMS and local call minutes.
Whereas previously the allowance applied to local call minutes, with the new update, customers can choose to spend credit on call minutes or SMS, or a mix of both.
Designed with business-friendly features, the packs are priced from QR35 to QR150 a month and offer customers the facility to top up their accounts and add on services such as Mobile Internet Packs, Ooredoo Passport and International Saver Keys.
The prepaid packs are valid for 30 days, and renewed automatically every month.
Business customers can also register their employees through their corporate accounts with Ooredoo, and will be billed for the monthly rental fees on their monthly business bills.
Ooredoo is continuing to invest in its business portfolio, as the company works to position itself as the leading ICT business solutions provider in Qatar.
Customers wishing to sign up for the packs can do so by visiting their nearest Ooredoo Business Centre or calling the business support helpline on 800 8000.
