Hong Kong: Hong Kong stocks ended higher on Tuesday, clawing back some of the more than one percent fall suffered the day before, with technology firms staging a mild recovery.
The Hang Seng Index rose 0.56 percent, or 144.06 points, to end at 25,852.10.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index added 0.44 percent, or 13.87 points, to 3,153.74. The Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, rallied 1.26 percent, or 23.12 points, to 1,859.88.
