The Junior School of Stafford Sri Lankan School Doha held a ‘Future Stars Junior Concert 2013’ recently. The colourful event was complete with a variety of performances by students from Lower Reception to Year 3.
The concert is held every two years to encourage student participation in aesthetic events as well as grant them an opportunity to showcase their talents.
The performances included traditional dances, sing-along items, an animal paradise dance-drama and other entertaining items including a traditional Qatari dance.
All items highlighted capabilities of students.
Anne Glidewell was Chief Guest at the event attended by the chairman and members of the school’s board of trustees, principal, vice principal, staff and parents.
