McDonald’s Middle East and Africa announced the details of its Fifa World Cup competition, in which millions of prizes will be up for grabs. McDonald’s are the official partner and restaurant of the 2014 Fifa World Cup.
In the Middle East and Africa McDonald’s is offering 42 lucky customers the chance to win an all-expense paid trip to watch a match live in Brazil. The Big Match competition, launched earlier this week  in restaurants, will see one winner fly to Brazil to watch a game with a friend, every day during the campaign.
Throughout the duration of the promotion, customers who purchase any large-size extra value meal will receive a game card entitling them to win instant prizes including Coca-Cola bandanas, key rings and ice cube trays. Customers should register their game card code on the McDonald’s Arabia website, McDonald’sArabia.com, where they will be automatically entered into a daily draw for their chance to win.
Kamal Saleh AlMana, Managing Director of AlMana Restaurants & Food Co, the owner and operator of McDonald’s restaurants in Qatar, said: “As the official partner and restaurant of the World Cup, McDonald’s is passionate about delivering the excitement of World Cup to its customers in GCC.”
In addition, diners will also have the opportunity to win prizes sponsored by other official partners Sony and Adidas in the Match & Win competition. Customers have to match the images on their game card with other selected images, for a chance to win one of thousands of prizes, including the Sony Play Station 4 (PS4), Sony PS Vita, Adidas-branded bags and caps, and a replica of the Brazuka, the official World Cup ball.
