Doha: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent Wednesday a cable of congratulations to President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea HE Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
