Qatar Leadership Centre (QLC) has opened the application period for qualified Qatari professionals looking to develop their leadership abilities, from September 12 to October 21.
QLC has invited Qataris who stand out in their field and are committed to learning to take part in a year-long, multidisciplinary programme. QLC’s Executive Leaders, Rising Leaders and Government Leaders programmes are open to participants from all sectors aiming to enhance their career and deepen their contribution to Qatar’s development goals. Qualified individuals can apply online for the 2018-2019 programs.
Since its inception, Qatar Leadership Centre has empowered Qatari leaders to contribute to the country’s success. More than 400 high-performing Qatari professionals have completed QLC’s National Leadership Programs.
QLC’s Executive Leaders Program, Rising Leaders Program and Government Leaders Program require a time commitment of three to five days per month over the course of a year, and can be completed in parallel with professional responsibilities. Approval from the participant’s employer is required before enrollment.

QLC participants gain insights on an array of topics, including strategic planning, risk management, building high-performance teams and innovation. The training is comprised of modules designed by some of the most renowned institutions from around the world. QLC has cultivated partnerships with Harvard Business School, the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, HEC Paris, Cambridge Judge Business School, Duke Corporate Education, Al Jazeera Media Institute and many others to administer the highest quality of instruction. In innovative modules, participants master various management methodologies and advanced negotiation techniques, as well as lessons on creating innovation in the workplace.
