Doha, Qatar: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent Thursday a cable of Congratulations to HE Dr. Robert Abela, on the occasion of his swearing-in as Prime Minister of the Republic of Malta, for a new term.
