Doha, Qatar: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent Thursday a cable of congratulations to HE Nikol Pashinyan on the occasion of his victory in the parliamentary elections of the Republic of Armenia.
