Doha: Qatar Meteorology Department forecasts strong winds at places during daytime and poor visibility inshore due to dust weather today. Offshore will also witness strong wind and high sea by afternoon today. Wind speeds are expected to strengthen gradually reaching its peak today ranging between 12 to 22 knots with wind gusts reaching 30 knots at times blowing dust and causing poor visibility of 3km in some areas.
Maximum temperatures are expected to reach to 46 Degrees Celsius in Messaid, Al Wakra and Al Khor today. Minimum temperatures are forecast to rise up to 34 Degrees Celsius in Doha due to northerly winds. Ruwais will be the coldest place with temperature ranging between 31s to 36s. The minimum temperature will be 27s at some places like Messaid and Al Wakra.
