Al Khalij launches cross country mortgages

DOHA:  Al Khalij Commercial Bank (al khaliji) has launched ‘cross country mortgages’ for customers looking to purchase property in Qatar, UAE and France. The new service is available to the Bank’s Premium customers who are looking to buy property as a second home here in Qatar or as an investment in Paris or Dubai. 

With presence across Qatar, France, and the UAE that work effectively as one, al khaliji will handle the facilitation of the purchase across its network, with the customer only having to visit their personal branch or contact their designated Relationship Manager. al khaliji Group Chief Business Officer, Mohamed Abdelkhalek (pictured) said: “al khaliji’s Premium Banking offerings are centered around convenience and cutting-edge service and efficiency; our cross country mortgage program is therefore no exception. Any of our Premium customers in Doha can buy property in Dubai, Paris, or at home through our branches in Qatar; similarly, to a customer in the UAE who wishes to purchase property in Qatar or France, al khaliji will extend the same service. This is only possible thanks to state-of-the art processes that enable our branches work together seamlessly irrespective of their location. As a result, we are able to expedite Premium services such as this to all our customers hassle-free.” 

al khaliji Premium Banking service is a series of services packaged under one brand. The services under the package include access to upgraded and exclusive Premium centres at the branches, preferential rates on all types of loans and deposits, family benefits,  complimentary ‘priority pass’ membership and “doorstep banking”, whereby the customer’s dedicated relationship manager will come to their place or residence or business to handle normal personal banking requirements, that would normally require them to visit a branch.
