Doha, Qatar: The Deputy Amir and Chairman of the Board of Regents of Qatar University (QU) HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani, chaired the fourth meeting of the QU Board of Board of Regents for the academic year 2025-2026, held at the Amiri Diwan on Monday.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Board reviewed the implementation of the decisions and recommendations from the third meeting of the 2025-2026 academic year, discussed the items on the agenda, and made the appropriate decisions.
The Board also approved a proposal to amend the admission quotas at Qatar University, effective Fall 2027, and approved a proposal to restructure the Bachelor of Education program in general education.
