Qatar condemns attack on Mogadishu traffic police headquarters

Doha: Qatar has strongly condemned the attack which targeted traffic police headquarters in Mogadishu, killing and wounding a number of people. 
A statement released on Monday by the Foreign Ministry said that the State of Qatar, while condemning the criminal acts that are contrary to all human values and principles, reaffirmed its solidarity with the Republic of Somalia and its people, and its support to all efforts undertaken by Somalia to maintain security and stability.
The statement stressed Qatar’s firm position which rejects violence and terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. The statement expressed condolences with families of the victims killed. QNA
