Dubai: Regency Travel and Tours retained the coveted titles for the eighth consecutive year as they received the awards for both Qatar and Middle East Leading Travel Agency at the prestigious World Travel Awards 2014 held in Dubai.
In the presence of the travel and tourism industry elite, Regency Travel and Tours were honoured for its outstanding achievements in the sector, not only for its representation locally in Qatar but also its progress and contribution to Middle East Tourism in its entirety. Hailed as “The Oscars of the Travel Industry” the World Travel Awards also celebrated its 20th Anniversary last year and is acknowledged across the globe as the ultimate travel accolade.
To receive the awards, Chief Executive Officer of Regency Travel & Tours, Tareq Abdullatif Taha proudly represented Regency Travel and Tours on stage accompanied by General Manager, Nasiruddin Mohammed Shafiq and other invited guests from the Regency travel and Tours team to whom he dedicated the company’s overwhelming success.
