DOHA: A training course is being held by the Animal Resources Department in collaboration with Arab Organisation for Agricultural Development to raise veterinarians’ efficiency of.
The course until November 12 is entitled ‘Programmes and ways of diagnosis to fight viruses that infect sheep and goats.”
Engineer Abdullah Bu Shaye, Acting Director of the department, said, “Qatar has taken measures, including comprehensive strategies for food security to advance animal and agricultural projects.
“To fight animal diseases, we must improve veterinarians’ efficiency and provide them with latest information, in addition to regional and international coordination,” he added. The course also includes laboratory training.
