Doha: The Ministry of Economy and Commerce, in cooperation with Al Fardan Premier Motors, recalled 2012-2015 models of Jaguar XK due to a defect in the side lights. The recall comes within the framework of ongoing coordination and follow-up by the ministry to ascertain the extent of car dealerships’ commitment to follow up vehicles’ defects and repair them to protect consumers’ rights.
The Ministry said it will coordinate with the dealership to follow up maintenance and repair operations. It urged consumers to report any abuses or irregularities by communicating with the Department of Consumer Protection and Commercial Fraud Combat which will receive complaints, suggestions and inquiries through its communication channels.
