Doha, Qatar: A new batch of licensed Qatari real estate brokers has taken the legal oath before the Real Estate Brokers Affairs Committee at the Ministry of Justice.
The new batch includes 36 brokers, comprising both individuals and real estate brokerage companies.
The new brokers took the oath after completing licensing procedures in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (22) of 2017 regulating real estate brokerage activities, and after successfully completing the mandatory training course for licensed brokers.
Amer Saeed Al Ghaffari, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice for Real Estate Registration and Documentation and Chairman of the Real Estate Brokers Affairs Committee, welcomed the newly licensed brokers and wished them success in carrying out their brokerage activities.
Al Ghaffari noted that this batch represents a valuable addition to the list of licensed brokers, contributing qualitatively to supporting and enhancing the growth and development of the real estate sector, boosting its investment attractiveness, and safeguarding the rights of clients through certified and licensed brokers who are fully aware of the legal requirements governing real estate transactions.
