Beirut: The artillery of the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) bombed on Sunday the posts of militants in the outskirts of Arsal, National News Agency (NNA) reported.
On 2 August 2014, Arsal witnessed Clashes between the army and armed elements resulting in a death of 14 soldiers and 100militants. 86 soldiers had been wounded and the number of missing had reached 22.
