The conference will take place at a crucial stage in the on-going success story of Qatar, as the country embarks on a new wave of enhancements to support its plans for economic development.
Bassel Gamal, QIB’s Group Chief Executive Officer said: “As the Islamic bank of choice in Qatar, we are truly pleased to sponsor this bespoke gathering of financiers in Doha for the second year running. The Euromoney Qatar Conference has already reinforced Qatar’s contribution to the development of a stable, sustainable and responsible global financial system.”
Senior officials from QIB will participate in a panel on “Qatar Banking Review – What’s Next” Wednesday.
