The Ministry of Economy and Commerce issued 380 licences for discounts and offers upon requests of commercial outlets for promoting their goods in October. The special offers include new price, 'buy one get one free', 'buy one get one at half price' among others. Promotion offers shared 99 permits. Other offers include 16 raffles of lucky draw and four scratch-and-win.
