Doha, Qatar: Minister of Education, Sports and Youth of the Republic of Cyprus H E Dr. Athina Michaelidou, visited the Qatar Science and Technology Secondary School for Boys.
Accompanied by her delegation, she toured the school’s various departments and received a detailed explanation about the role of each section in educating and training students, refining their skills, and developing their creative abilities, thus preparing them for admission to the most prestigious international universities.
The school keeps pace with the latest technological developments in various fields, including the development of Artificial Intelligence programs. This is part of innovative educational programs designed to prepare a generation capable of meeting the demands of the future.
Director of the Qatar Science and Technology School Mohamed Ali Mandani Al-Emadi, affirmed that the school includes a select group of the best qualified educational staff, holding advanced scientific degrees from prominent global universities. He added that the school’s students regularly participate in various international scientific competitions, achieving advanced positions that qualify them for awards and medals, which helps motivate them to exert more effort and achieve excellence.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Cypriot Minister expressed her admiration for the advanced standard she observed at the school, wishing the students continued success.
