ANKARA: Turkish security forces arrested on Sunday 200 illegal immigrants in the northwestern state of Canakkale of Turkey, reports QNA.
The 200 detainees, who are holding Syrian and Afghani citizenships, were handed over to the authorities concerned following the completion of legal proceedings against them.
