DOHA: The Ministry of Economy and Commerce, in co-operation with Al Fardan Premiere Motors (Jaguar), has recalled 2014-2015 Jaguar XJ in order to install the brake pipes to meet safety standards.
The ministry said the recall comes as part of its decision to ascertain the extent of car dealers’ commitment to follow up vehicles’ defects and repair them to protect consumers’ rights.
The ministry stressed that it will coordinate with the dealers to follow up maintenance and repair operations and will communicate with customers to ensure implementation of the procedures to fix defects.
