Qatar to set up Anti-Corruption Centre branch in Dakar

Qatar’s Attorney General H E Dr Ali bin Fetais Al Marri and Senegal’s Minister of Justice Sidiki Kaba signing the agreement in Dakar.

Dakar: Qatar’s Attorney General H E Dr Ali bin Fetais Al Marri has met here with Senegal’s Minister of Justice Sidiki Kaba . 

The two sides discussed ways and prospects for cooperation in the legal and judicial fields as well as cooperation between the Senegalese Ministry of Justice and The Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption Centre in Doha. 
The Attorney General and the Senegalese Minister signed an agreement to establish a branch for the Rule of Law and Anti-Corruption Centre in Dakar, aims to support capacity building and promotion of work in the field of rule of law in West Africa, in addition to Senegal. The meeting was attended by Qatar’s Ambassador to Senegal Sarai bin Ali Al Qahtani and the delegation accompanying the Attorney General.
