Qatar Airways, the Official Partner, has congratulated Al Sadd Sports Club who claimed their 15th QNB Stars League title after a thrilling 3-0 victory against Um Salal.
Coached by Xavi Hernandez, Qatar’s most successful club claimed the Falcon Shield with four games to spare, whilst maintaining their unbeaten league run.
Goals from Baghdad Bounedjah, Yusuf Abdurisag and Rodrigo Tabata clinched the win for the Wolves, sweeping the domestic double on their home turf. Al Sadd SC’s 15th league title is all the more praiseworthy after emerging winners with most goals scored, least goals conceded and exhibiting outstanding performances throughout the season.
