PHCC and HMC timings for National Sport Day

DOHA: Several health centres will be closed today, while some would operate at different schedules, the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) said in a statement. Health centres in Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Karana, Abu Nakhla, Airport, Al Gharafa and the Premarital Examination Clinics will be closed. Health centres in Al Rayyan, Madinat Khalifa, Al Muntaza, Umm Ghwelina, Abu Baker Siddiq, West Bay, Omar Bin Khattab and Massaimeer will be open from 7am to 2pm and 4pm to 11pm. The Laabib Health Centre will operate from 7am to 11pm. 

Dental services at the health centres will be available from 7am to 2pm and 4pm to 10pm. However, the dental clinic at the Massaimeer Health Centre will be closed. Al Khor and Al Shamal health centres will be open from 7am to 2pm and 4pm to 11pm; Al Wakrah health centre from 7am to 11pm and Al Shehaniya Health Centre from 7am to 9pm. 
Dental services at Al Shehaniya, Al Khor and Al Shamal health centres will operate from 7am to 2pm and Al Wakra Health Centre services will be available from 7am to 2pm and 3pm and 9pm. The health centres in Al Jamiliya, Al Kaaban, Umm Bab and Al Ghwairiya will operate on call. Out-Patient Department (OPDs) clinics at Hamad General Hospital, Al Wakrah Hospital, Heart Hospital, National Centre for Cancer Care and Research (NCCCR), the Cuban Hospital and Al Khor Hospital will be closed today. Al Wakrah Hospital’s dental, physiotherapy and gynaecology out-patient sections will also be closed. However, all Hamad Medical Corporation’s (HMC) emergency departments will operate as usual, said a statement. 
NCCCR’s day care unit, including the OPD pharmacy and laboratory will be closed while its urgent care section will remain open 24 hours.
At the Cuban Hospital, elective surgery patients who have bookings for today will be contacted if there is any change to their bookings. Patients requiring a prescription refill should consider before attending today, as services will be limited to urgent care.
Al Khor Hospital’s obstetrics/gynaecology and dental clinics will be closed and Inpatient Pharmacy and Accident and Emergency Pharmacy will be open 24 hours. Women’s Hospital OPD clinics will be closed but the pharmacy will operate as usual. 
At Rumailah Hospital, patients will be attended to in Treatment Room No. 3 from 7am to 3pm at the Communicable Disease Clinic while the four evening clinics will operate as usual from 4pm to 9pm. 
The Psychiatry Department will be open from 7am to 3pm. All clinics in the dermatology, dental, plastic surgery and geriatrics departments will be closed and there will be on-call doctors for closed clinics.
