Dhaka: Six men were sentenced to death in Bangladesh Sunday for the brutal murders of two 13-year-old boys in separate attacks that sparked a national outcry, lawyers said.
Four men were ordered hanged over the beating to death of Samiul Alam Rajon for allegedly stealing a bicycle in July, Shahidul Islam, a lawyer representing the boy's family, said.
Another two men were given the same sentence for torturing and killing another youngster less than a month later, prosecutor Sultana Rahman told AFP.
