Doha: United Development Company (UDC) has won The BIZZ 2013 Award under the “Inspirational Company” category from The World Confederation of Businesses (Worldcob). The award was given out at a gala ceremony at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai.
UDC received the award in recognition for its exemplary business performance as well as its commitment to innovative, excellent and quality services to customers.
A Worldcob Evaluation Committee evaluated a number of key company operational features en route to reaching their decision. UDC scored consistently high on all competition parameters, emerging as a result as the winner of the “Inspirational Company” award, a press release issued by UDC said yesterday.
Hamad Al Nuaimi, General Manager of Engineering and Construction at UDC, expressed the company’s pride and gratitude for being recognised for excellence among the winners of the Bizz Award 2013, a feat that positions UDC in a class of its own.
“This award is a significant validation of our concerted efforts to continuously improve on our initiatives,” Al Nuaimi said. “While the award highlights UDC’s emphasis on performance, it also serves as a testament to the company’s commitment to excellence.”
