Mayfair Events recently organised a charity motorbike ride for Hope Qatar, which takes care of children with special needs. The ride was supported by Doha Golf Club. A total of 151 bikers gathered at the golf club, including the motorbike groups Soul Riders, Crazy Camels, Gliders, Free Bikers, Qatar Riders, Al Fardan Motorbike Group, Downtown Riders, Qatar Motorbike Group and 49 individual bikers.
The riders set off at 7.30pm, arriving at Doha College at 8.30pm. Children from ‘Hope’ were awaiting the bikers and a small presentation was held, with the children performing a song, and the bikers presented their donations to Cibi Matthews, director of Hope Qatar. Juma Ismael Al Bounein, sponsor of Hope Qatar, was also present. The children were then taken on short rides on the motorbikes around the car park of Doha College.
