PISQ shines with 100% SSC-II FBISE and excellent SSC-I annual results

Doha: Pakistan International School, Qatar (PISQ) is proud with its grade X results of Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. This year, a total of 153 students sat for the examination and all of them stood victorious producing 100 percent success ratio. 

The school made an impressive show of academic excellence by scoring 30 ‘A1’ and 36 ‘A’ grades. The toppers include: Lujin Adel Abdullah Al Mesri (1046), Samama Farooq (1035), and Maryam Shoaib (1030). The queue of other A1 graders is as under.

The Principal of PISQ, Nargis Raza Otho, congratulated the students, parents and teachers. “Grade X is the first threshold in a student’s academic journey that influentially decides and shapes his/her future educational moves. So, they should earnestly prepare themselves for this junction in order to set a right and clear angle to ace college level examination with a difference.” She further said: “PISQ has done its best for its students now and will keep doing the same in the years to come with new zest.” 

The Ambassador of Pakistan, Syed Ahsan Raza Shah, also extended his warm wishes to the students, teachers, and parents. Especially, he emphasised the students to have a clear view of their future particularly from this point in life and urged them to work smart to earn pride for themselves, their parents, and their country.

Excellence in grade IX Examination 

The Pakistan International School, Qatar (PISQ) produces commendable results once again in grade IX examination of Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. In the current year, a total of 166 students appeared in the examination out of which 159 passed notching the success ratio at 96 percent.

The school scored 43 ‘A1’ and 42 ‘A’ grades. The top scorers include: Mohammad Shaheer (503 marks), Hasan Shahid (497), and Jawairia and Asra Sher Khan (489). Other A1 grade holders are as under. Abdur Rehman (484), Wafa Amir (482), Usman Waqar (480), Habibullah (478), Mamoona Attaria (478), Mirza Wasaam (473), Fareeha (473), Anas Qayyum (472), Khawaja Taha Anees (465), Dua Fatima (465), Javaria Usman (459), Tahreem Younas (455), Bibi Hawa Noor (452), Syeda Zahra Batool (451), Fareedah (448), Anood (448), Aimen (447), and Syeda Arisha Hafeez (446).

Nargis Raza Otho, Principal, congratulated all the students, their parents, and teachers on this momentous occasion. She said: “PISQ is thoroughly committed to get its students the best possible learning experience and it is all set to excel more academically down the road.”

Syed Ahsen Raza, said: “Education is surely the only decent means for individual and collective development; hence, it should be the foremost priority of any civilised nation anywhere all the time.”
