ASHGABAT: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a written message to the President of Turkmenistan HE Serdar Berdymukhamedov, related to bilateral relations and ways to support and develop them.
The message was delivered by Acting Chargé d'Affaires at the Embassy of the State of Qatar to Turkmenistan Mohamed Meshal Al Otaibi during a meeting with Turkmenistan Deputy Foreign Minister HE Matiyev Berdyniyaz.
