Traditional Bavarian specialities will highlight the culinary palette of the Doha Marriott Hotel starting Tuesday. The hotel’s poolside terrace will provide the venue with breathtaking scenery of the spectacular Doha skyline.
During the first seven days, a buffet will be offered featuring live entertainment by The Two Bavarians sponsored by Gulf Air. The band will play a large repertoire of traditional Bavarian songs.
During the German Garden event, the beverages, the traditional wooden benches and tables along with the Bavarian food will all represent the best of Southern German culture to the audiences.
The food includes a wide selection of traditional German fare, including Schnitzel, Leberkaese, Lamb Shank, Pretzel, various sausages, and desserts such as Apple Strudel. The Garden continues until the end of October with á la carte offer of same specialities.
There is also the chance to win a two-night complimentary stay at Marriott Munich Airport hotel, plus other prizes to be won. German Garden will be open daily from 6.30pm 11.30pm.
