Doha: Salam Hospitality  announced the opening of cafe #999 at fire station.
Located at the old fire station building at Civil Defence roundabout, the cafe covers a surface area of  about  300 square metres. It welcomes guests into an open dining space set in consonance with the look and feel  of the old fire station building. The atmosphere is characterised by a sense of simplicity: cement  flooring left in its natural state, white table tops and the wooden floating shelves add a rustic component to the overall style.
The cafe is completed with a seating capacity of 72 indoor and 52  outdoor. The culinary offering focuses on international cuisine with a touch of local influence, paying attention to healthy ingredients. The menu options include gluten free, organic, healthy, and a ‘touch of Doha’. The signature dishes as claimed by the chef include some remarkable dishes — the sujuk burger and the camel kofta wrap.
One of the most exciting dining aspects of cafe #999 is the food truck. Truck #999 is the second oldest fire truck in Doha, which was converted into a food truck. Located on the south west parking entrance of fire station, truck #999’s menu selection offers a taste for everyone.
