Doha: The Gulf Organisation for Industrial Consulting(GOIC) held here yesterday a meeting with a delegation led by Ahmed Mohammed Al Midfa, Chairman of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI).
The two sides discussed means of enhancing cooperation and exchange of experiences contributing in the industrial development in the GCC states after the signing cooperation agreement in last February.
The GOIC Secretary General Abdulaziz bin Hamad Al Ageel, said the visit of the SCCI is consolidating the strategy and the five-year plan of GOIC.
He said cooperation between GOIC and SCCI aims to set up new projects, adding that investment in the small and medium-scale industries will contribute to prosperity and economic development, support development process in the UAE and provide job opportunities.
