Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs H E Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Zaid Al Mahmoud yesterday met Donald E Booth, US special envoy for Sudan and South Sudan, and his delegation. They discussed the latest developments in Darfur peace process and efforts exerted to promote peace based on Doha Document. Booth praised Qatar’s role and continued efforts to consolidate peace and stability in Darfur and advance the development and reconstruction process.
