Doha, Qatar: The Women’s Branch of the Department of Da’wah and Religious Guidance at the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has officially concluded the second edition of its Prophetic Sunnah campaign, titled “Baida Min Wahissama” for the year 2025.

This initiative sought to elevate the status of the Sunnah within the community and integrate its teachings into contemporary daily life through innovative and engaging methods.

The campaign spanned three consecutive months and witnessed extensive collaboration with various educational institutions. By targeting a wide demographic, including children, young women, the elderly, and educational specialists, the Ministry successfully created a platform that combined scientific knowledge with practical behavioral application.

The primary goal was to transition the community from merely knowing the Sunnah to actively practicing it in daily transactions and social interactions. The campaign featured three major competitions that sparked significant public interest and positive competition across the country. The “Crown of the Sunnah” competition focused on memorization and reflection for university and school students, resulting in thirty winners.

The “Poetry of Light” competition highlighted the art of chanting and prophetic poetry with fifteen winners, while the “Sunnah Buds” competition engaged children aged six to twelve, honoring twenty young winners. These contests played a vital role in discovering new talents in literature, recitation, and religious scholarship.

To ensure maximum reach, the Ministry employed modern communication strategies, including field interactions by volunteer teams and the launch of digital hashtags to boost media presence. This approach fostered widespread community satisfaction, praising the campaign for raising awareness of Prophetic etiquette and values.
