Doha, Qatar: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index edged down by 0.01% at the start of Sunday's trading, losing 0.88 points from the previous session’s close to reach 9,763 points, pressured by three sectors.
QSE figures showed gains in Consumer Goods and Services (+0.19%), Industrials (+0.11%), Insurance (+0.06%), Banks and Financial Services (+0.04%). Meanwhile, performance was negative for Real Estate (-0.19%), Telecoms (-0.27%) and Transportation (-0.33%).
At 10am, trading on QSE reached QR 51.300 million, involving 30.387 million shares through 2,169 transactions.
