DOHA: Qatar’s Haj Mission has begun an inspection of accommodation sites for its pilgrims in the holy sites of Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah to ensure preparations to receive the pilgrims.
Dr. Abdul Salam Ali Al Qahtani, Executive President of the mission, said in a statement to local media accompanying the mission during the tour in Makkah that the Qatari camps are ready and will be distributed to Qatari Haj campaigns according to the number of pilgrims.
The mission has completed preparations and support for the camps by providing all necessary facilities and equipment.
Al Qahtani said the inspection tour aimed at ensuring that preparations were completed along with strict security and safety measures in the tents or the aisles in addition to emergency exits, signs and other facilities such as kitchens in Mina.
The mission will meet Qatar’s pilgrims during their stay in Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah to provide support and assistance, including medical services, round the clock.
