DOHA : Ooredoo launched yesterday Hala Nepal Key, enabling customers to enjoy calls to Nepal at 20 dirhams per minute.
Ooredoo has expanded its portfolio of Hala International Keys to ensure that everyone wanting to call Nepal can enjoy low rates.
The Nepal Key, launched due to strong demand from the Nepalese community in Qatar, enables all subscribers to call any network, including Nepal Telecom and Ncell, in Nepal for 20 dirhams per minute, Ooredoo said yesterday.
Without a subscription to the key, Ooredoo customers calling Nepal would be charged at the standard rate of 99 dirhams per minute, meaning customers can save 79 dirhams per minute on calls to loved ones in Nepal.
The hey costs QR1 a week and can be activated by sending SMS ‘NK’ to 121 by dialling *121#, or via Ooredoo App.
The key will renew automatically every week so customers can continue to save.
