Doha: On the advent of Eid Al Adha, the Emiri Diwan has announced that the Eid holiday will be as follows:
The ministries, other government institutions and public entities will start Eid Al Adha holiday from Sunday, September 11, 2016, Dhul Hijja 9, 1437 H, until Thursday, September 15, 2016, Dhul Hijja 13, 1437 H.
The state employees will resume work on Sunday, September 18, 2016.
As for Qatar Central Bank (QCB), banks, QCB-supervised financial institutions and Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA), the Emiri Diwan's statement said that the QCB Governor will determine the start date of the holiday.
